Before I don’t buy and eat Yogurt, I only like Yakult. But when Ed bought a Yogurt Maker 2 years ago, I had a feeling that this is not cool.. LOL He starts making his yogurt and encourages me to start eating because it’s good for our health, which I don’t care :). I don’t like plain yogurt, so every time I eat, I try to add whatever fruits we have to make it more appealing, and it works. In this recipe, I’m going to share how to make a healthy fruit yogurt popsicles. So let’s start…
Makes: 4
Ingredients:
Yogurt Mix:
2 (125g) Buco-Nata Yogurt
¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels, drained
¼ cup Pandan Gulaman, diced
You Also Need:
1 pcs Popsicle Molders or 8 small plastic cups
4 pcs Wooden Popsicle Sticks
1 pcs Aluminum Foil, for wrapping
Check out Video Recipe:
Procedure:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sliced pandan jelly and well-drained sweet corn kernels. Mix lightly to avoid pandan jelly from breaking. Fill each popsicle molder and tap molder on the table to level the fruit-yogurt mix. Cover with popsicle lid or cover with a foil and insert a wooden popsicle stick in the center of each. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until frozen.
Here’s Our Simple 3-Ingredients: Nestle Fruit Yogurt, Homemade Pandan Jelly, and Sweet Corn Kernels. You can use homemade or any brands of yogurt you want. You can also replace sweet corn with grated cheddar cheese, and that would be “Chessy Buko Pandan Yogurt Pops” or use Fruit Cocktail, and you have a “Buko Salad Yogurt Pops.” 🙂
