How to make powdered milk flavored whipped cream frosting.
Stabilized Whipped Cream with Bear Brand. A smooth, creamy and not too sweet milk flavored whipped cream frosting. All we need is a few ingredients, combine frosty whip cream powder with flavored powdered milk and add icy cold water and whip until light and fully aerated. A simple and easy to prepare milky whipped cream frosting, this can be used not just to frost your cakes and cupcakes. It can also be used as your pancake whipped cream topping alongside with fresh fruits.
Yields: 3 cups whipped cream
Ingredients:
Vanilla Whipped Cream:
- ¾ cup Frosty Whip Cream Powder
- ¼ cup Plain Powdered Milk
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-2 drops of food color gel (optional)
Strawberry Whipped Cream:
- ¾ cup Frosty Whip Cream Powder
- ¼ cup Strawberry Powdered Milk
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1-2 drops of pink food color gel (optional)
Chocomilk Whipped Cream:
- ¾ cup Frosty Whip Cream Powder
- ¼ cup Chocomilk Powdered Milk
- 1/3 cup cold water
You Also Need:
- 3 med. piping bags and a piping tip of your choice.

- Let’s Prepare Our Vanilla Whipped Cream: In a bowl, put frosty whip cream powder and milk powder, then mix. Add in cold water and stir until the powder is thoroughly wet. Whip at medium speed until peaks start to form. Add vanilla extract and whip at high speed until fully aerated. Add food color gel if you like, but this is optional since vanilla should be white 😀 (Adding color is great when you have a motif in mind that will perfectly suit your cupcake topper and design.
Your vanilla whipped cream frosting is done and ready to use. Transfer in medium size piping bag with the piping tip of your choice. Now, you can frost your cupcakes with this smooth and creamy frosting. This recipe can frost at least a dozen of 3oz or 15 pieces of 2oz cupcakes.
- Let’s Prepare Our Strawberry Whipped Cream: In a bowl, put frosty whip cream powder and strawberry milk powder, then mix. Add in cold water and stir until the powder is thoroughly wet. Whip at medium speed until peaks start to form. Scrape the sides of the bowl, and continue to whip at high speed until fully aerated. Add pink food color gel if you like to achieve the color you desire.
Your strawberry whipped cream frosting is done and ready to use. Transfer in medium size piping bag with the piping tip of your choice. Now, you can frost your cupcakes with this smooth and creamy frosting. This recipe can frost at least a dozen of 3oz or 15 pieces of 2oz cupcakes.
